Pine Cliffs Hotel, a Luxury Collection Resort, Algarve

The hotel environment is very good, it is a great movie! But the service is rotten to the core! The waiters here are extremely impatient and their English is not fluent. They can't compare with the services of other places in Europe below four stars! I arrived at the hotel at noon and booked a restaurant for dinner with the front desk. He called and said that the restaurant needed an hour to confirm. I said that if there was no seat today, please arrange it at 7:30 the next night, and I paid him a tip. He was quite happy and said that he would send me a confirmation email in an hour! As a result, I waited all night but didn't wait. I got up at more than 7 o'clock the next morning and went to find him. It happened that he was at work. Before I opened my mouth, he immediately pointed to the location of the breakfast restaurant and asked me to leave. He was obviously a little flustered. I guess this grandson forgot about me! I immediately asked him very sternly why I didn't receive the email. He also pretended to call to check the computer. I severely accused him that he should have done this thing yesterday at noon instead of doing it now! My wife was afraid that I was too angry and asked me to go outside to take some pictures. She came to negotiate and came back to tell me that he forgot about it! The restaurant must be confirmed as soon as it opens at 11 o'clock! We thought about it and went out to play, but we didn't get a call until 3pm saying that there was only a seat for 8:00! We thought about it and gave up! At 8pm, we went to that crappy restaurant and ordered a fish and a salad. The fish was delicious. When we paid the bill, we saw that the two dishes cost 200 euros. This is also the most expensive dinner I have ever had in Europe! Three Michelin stars are expensive, but the service and dishes are great. This crappy restaurant is so expensive and still charges tips, which is really disgusting! There were a few small things in the middle, such as asking for directions and locations, and the other waiters were extremely impatient because their English was so bad! Don't expect service from this crappy place if you just take a photo and leave!

Beautiful environment, complete facilities, very suitable for couples vacation, but the hotel consumption is high
